La idoneidad técnica de los aspirantes a ser miembros independientes del Consejo Directivo de la Unidad Administrativa Especial de Gestión Pensional y Contribuciones Parafiscales de la Protección Social UGPP se acreditará con el cumplimiento de las condiciones y calidades que sean establecidas para tal fin por el Consejo Directivo.
