° La selección del contratista de arrendamiento financiero (Leasing) con opción de compra se hará mediante el régimen de Licitación Pública de acuerdo con los requisitos, procedimientos y demás disposiciones previstas para el efecto en el Decreto 222 de 1983, sin perjuicio del estricto cumplimiento de los requisitos estatutarios propios de cada entidad.
