ARTICULO 164 . Procedencia . Cuando se perdiere o destruyere un expediente en curso o requerido para tramitar una acción de revisión, el funcionario ante quien se tramitaba, deberá practicar todas las diligencias necesarias para lograr su reconstrucción. Con el auxilio de los sujetos procesales, se allegarán copias de las diligencias o providencias que se hubieren expedido; de la misma manera, se solicitarán copias a las entidades oficiales a las que se hayan enviado.
