Decreto 410 de 1971 · POR LA CUAL SE EXPIDE EL CÓDIGO DE COMERCIO

El saldo de la cuenta será exigible a la vista, si el contrato no dispone otra cosa.

Salvo estipulación en contrario, si no exige su pago dentro de los quince días siguientes a la clausura, el saldo será considerado como primera remesa de una cuenta nueva y el contrato se entenderá renovado de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo anterior.
