Seguimiento . La Dirección de Defensa Jurídica de la Agencia Nacional de Defensa Jurídica del Estado realizará acompañamiento permanente a la mediación y seguimiento al cumplimiento de los acuerdos alcanzados a través de esta por las entidades y organismos del orden nacional. Así mismo, las entidades y organismos deberán impulsar las gestiones administrativas o judiciales requeridas para dar cumplimiento a lo acordado y enviar informes oportunos a la Agencia Nacional de Defensa Jurídica del Estado para el seguimiento que corresponda.
