Artículo segundo. Las Escuelas de Servicio Social desarrollarán las siguientes actividades: 1º Proporcionar a las alumnas de enseñanza teórica y práctica de Servicio Social, según las normas universales, y adaptarlas a las características del trabajo, condiciones económicas y sociales del país. 2º Organizar periódicamente cursos extraordinarios o seminarios, a fin de obtener el perfeccionamiento técnico de sus ex alumnas tituladas.
