Art. 73 (transitorio). El Gobierno procederá á la mayor brevedad á hacer una edición nueva de la Constitución de la República, con las reformas que se han introducido, las cuales irán interecaladas en los lugares que les correspondan del texto, y en ésta se suprimirás los árticulos que hayan sido totalmente derogados, ó en otra forma si lo estima conveniente.
