º . Los diferimientos arancelarios establecidos en el artículo 2º del presente Decreto, rigen hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2006, siempre y cuando no se registre producción subregional. Vencido este término, se restablecerán los gravámenes contemplados en el Arancel Externo Común.
