Art. 96. Cuando haya dos ó más Jueces Superiores en un Distrito Judicial se repartirán los negocios por turno, durante una misma semana en cada Juzgado.

Los Jueces interesados acordarán entre sí las reglas del repartimiento, para que la distribución del trabajo sea equitativa, y si hubiere discordancia entre ellos, la dirimirá el Tribuna respectivo.
