Las cantidades procedentes de sueldos anticipados que deban al Tesoro nacional los empleados del Ejército, se descontarán por los Habilitados y demás pagadores de él, por terceras partes mensuales. En el caso de que tengan embargados los sueldos judicialmente, el descuento por causa del embargo quedará suspendido mientras se reintegra al Tesoro nacional la suma que se adeuda.
