Los Concejos de las ciudades capitales podrán adoptar, a iniciativa del alcalde y acorde con las realidades tributarias de la ciudad capital, las normas que rigen para el Distrito Capital de Bogotá en materia de impuesto predial unificado y de industria y comercio, en lo que no contraríe las disposiciones de tipo constitucional sobre la materia.
