° La liquidación de los auxilios de marcha se hará teniendo en cuenta estas circunstancias: si el viaje ha de hacerse por caminos donde haya Ferrocarriles en los cuales goce el Gobierno de completa franquicia para los militares, no se incluirán en la liquidación las leguas que ocupe la vía férrea, y sólo se dirá que el pasaportado tiene derecho á pasaje de 1. ª clase, si fuere General, Jefe ú Oficial, ó de 2. ª clase, si fuere individuo de tropa; si la franquicia es por la mitad ó la 3. ª parte del valor del transporte, entonces se expresará tal derecho y se abonarán en dinero al pasaportado la otra mitad ó las otras dos terceras partes del pasaje. La misma regla se observara para los pasajes en vapores de mar ó de rio.
