Los comerciantes por mayor estarán obligados a pagar por derechos de inscripción, por una sola vez, la suma de cinco pesos. La inscripción de los comerciantes por menor, causará un derecho de un peso; también por una sola vez. Para estas clasificaciones se tendrá en cuenta lo dispuesto en el artículo 28 del Código de Comercio. Las sumas provenientes de estos derechos ingresarán a la caja de la respectiva Cámara.
