La solicitud de exención de derechos de Aduana de objetos de Agentes Diplomáticos ó Consulares de naciones extranjeras se dirigirán por conducto del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores, y está sujeta á lo dispuesto en este Decreto, excepción hecha de los comprobantes enunciados en los ordinales 3°, 5°, 6.° y 7° del artículo 7°
