Los gastos que conforme a este Decreto debe hacer la Junta de Canalización del río Magdalena, se pagarán con el producto líquido de los impuestos fluvial, de matrículas y patentes y el de multas y otros ingresos del ramo, deducidos los pagos de personal y material de la Tesorería, de las Intendencias, Inspecciones y Subinspecciones.
