Artículo único. En la sucesivo la incineración de billetes que debe hacer la Junta de Conversión conforme al inciso 4.° del artículo 9.° de la Ley 69 de 1909 se hará solamente en la capital de la República, y en ella intervendrán los miembros de dicha Junta y el Jefe de la Sección de Crédito Público u otro empleado del Ministerio del Tesoro, designado por el Ministro. Queda, en consecuencia, derogado el artículo 2.° del Decreto número 898 de 20 de septiembre de 1912.
