Ingreso Base de Liquidación. Para los efectos previstos en el artículo 2.2.4.7.1 del presente decreto, entiéndase por asignación mensual que por todo concepto corresponda a los Senadores y Representantes, no solo la asignación básica, sino las sumas correspondientes a gastos de representación, prima de localización y vivienda, prima de transporte, prima de salud, y toda otra asignación de la que ellos gozaren mensualmente.
