Información. Positiva Compañía de Seguros S. A. deberá poner a disposición de la Unidad Administrativa Especial de Gestión Pensional y Contribuciones Parafiscales de la Protección Social (UGPP) las bases de datos, los aplicativos y la información completa relacionada con la función pensional de riesgos laborales del Instituto de Seguros Sociales, necesaria para que la Unidad Administrativa Especial de Gestión Pensional y Contribuciones Parafiscales de la Protección Social (UGPP) pueda ejercer cabalmente sus funciones.
