En un plazo máximo de un año, contado a partir de la vigencia de la presente ley el Ministerio de Salud deberá adoptar vía reglamento; la modernización de la nomenclatura, clasificación y tarificación de los procedimientos médicos, quirúrgicos y hospitalarios, para la atención de los siniestros del SOAT.
