° Los organismos o entidades del Sistema Nacional de Salud y las demás instituciones interesadas en la formación, capacitación y adiestramiento de personal en salud, que reciban portes de los organismos de dirección del sistema, aminlmente djeberán presentar al Ministerio de Salud una relación de necesidades, programas, presupuestos y forma de garantizar la utilización de los servicios del personal que pretendan incluir en los mencionados programas.
