ARTICULO 25 . Mientras se designan y asumen funciones los magistrados y jueces de Orden Público, continuarán conociendo de la investigación y fallo de los delitos a que se refiere el artículo 2º del presente Decreto, los jueces y magistrados que hasta la fecha de su expedición tenían la respectiva competencia.
