º. La organización y funcionamiento de las oficinas seccionales de catastro, de que habla el artículo 4º de la Ley 65 de 1939 , estarán a cargo del Tesoro Nacional y funcionarán bajo la dependencia del Organo Ejecutivo, quien actuará por conducto del Instituto Geográfico Militar y Catastral. Corresponde al Gobierno señalar para cada Departamento, Intendencia o Comisaría el momento en que la respectiva oficina pase a ser una dependencia del Instituto y entre, en consecuencia, a ser pagada con los fondos nacionales.
