Cuando se trate de cargamento para depositar en almacenes del consignatario, la administración de la Zona los transportará y entregará en dichos almacenes si son recibidos de nave marítima o de ferrocarril. Los que entren en vehículos automotores procedentes del país podrán ser entregados directamente por los transportadores bajo la vigilancia de la Zona.
