ARTICULO 13 . Instancias Administrativas y Técnicas. - Además de las Instancias de Dirección ya contempladas y de las unidades que determine la Junta Directiva, existirán en el Instituto las siguientes instancias de organización y administración

Secretaría General;

Subdirecciones;

Comité de Dirección, y los subcomités que éste proponga, tales como los de investigación, publicaciones, ética, relaciones y cooperación técnica, educación continuada y biblioteca.
