Artículo único. A partir del 21 de los corrientes, los tenedores de letras o giros sobre el Exterior y los que negocien en oro físico, sólo están obligados a venderle al Banco de la Republica, para el Gobierno Nacional, el 15 por 100 del monto de las letras o giros y del oro físico que vendan al Banco. Comuníquese y publíquese.
