Los representantes del profesorado en la Junta Central del Escalafón serán elegidos por una asamblea nacional de las organizaciones señaladas en el artículo anterior. Dicha asamblea se reunirá en la capital de la República y estará integrada por los delegados de las organizaciones de cada Departamento, Intendencia o Comisaría, designados por las asambleas seccionales.
