El reparto de utilidades entre los socios requerirá la aprobación de la Junta General de Socios, teniendo en cuenta la justificación de ellas con balances fidedignos y la deducción previa de las sumas necesaria para integrar las reservas legales, estatutarias y especiales así como las necesaria para el pago de los impuestos a que haya lugar.
