Las exportaciones de banano fresco que se clasifican bajo las subpartidas arancelarias 08.03.00.12.00 (tipo cavendish valery), 08.03.00.19.10 (banano bocadillo musa acuminata) y 08.03.00.19.90 (los demás), cuyo destino sea uno de los Estados miembros de la Unión Europea, y hasta concurrencia de un cupo total de ciento cincuenta y dos mil ochocientas sesenta y ocho toneladas métricas con quinientos treinta y cuatro kilos (152.868,534 TM), para el periodo comprendido entre el primero (1º) de enero y el treinta y uno (31) de marzo del año dos mil (2000), se sujetarán a lo dispuesto en los siguientes artículos.
