Subsidio familiar. Los Agentes-alumnos, casados o viudos con hijos legítimos, tendrán derecho al subsidio familiar en las condiciones y los requisitos establecidos en los artículos 12, 13 y 14 del Decreto-ley 2340 de 1971, y 12, 13, 14 y 15 del presente Decreto.
