A falta de estipulación con las partes, a los secuestres judiciales se les pagará lo que por el Juez se fije, oyendo, si lo estima conveniente, el dictamen de peritos, teniendo en cuenta la naturaleza de lo secuestrado y las funciones anexas al cargo, considerando éste como un arrendamiento de servicios o como mandato.
