Son también aplicables, para los mismos fines, las disposiciones del Decreto legislativo número 248 de 11 de julio.de 1958, que dictó disposiciones de emergencia en relación con el Departamento del Tolima, y en consecuencia, los contratos que celebre el Ministerio de Gobierno para la ejecución de obras y la prestación de servicios en las regiones afectadas por la violencia, durante la actual situación, se someterán a un trámite administrativo breve y sumario de acuerdo con las siguientes normas:
