Comparecencia de los comuneros . Los comuneros podrán hacer valer sus derechos antes de que quede surtido el emplazamiento, para lo cual indicarán la cuota que en el bien común les corresponda y acompañarán las pruebas que acrediten su calidad. El escrito de intervención se presentará personalmente y en él podrán los comuneros proponer las excepciones u oponerse a la división.
