° Las visitas de que tratan el inciso d) del artículo 306 del Código Fiscal y el 1° del Decreto número 407 del año en curso, comprenden las que se deben practicar a las oficinas de Hacienda que tienen asiento en la capital de la República, donde se practicarán por el Gobernador del Departamento de Cundinamarca o por los empleados de Hacienda a quienes él delegue esta atribución.
