Para efectos de mando, régimen disciplinario, obligaciones y derechos consagrados en esta Ley, las categorías de Oficiales, Sub-oficiales y guardianes, comprenden los siguientes grados y clases:

a)

Oficiales.

Comandante Superior.

2.

Mayor.

3.

Capitán.

4.

Teniente.

b)

Sub-oficiales .

1.

Sargento.

2.

Cabo.

c ) Guardianes.

De primera clase.
