ARTICULO 2.3.1.62.- PRECIO DE COLOCACION DE LOS BONOSCONVERTIBLES EN ACCIONES. Los bonos convertibles en acciones no podrán colocarse a un precio inferior al del valor nominal del bono. De igual manera, al momento de la conversión no se podrán entregar acciones a un precio inferior al valor nominal de éstas.
