Los Oficiales y Suboficiales que se retiren o sean retirados por cualquier causa de la Policía Nacional, deberán devolver al almacenista de la dependencia donde laboren las dotaciones iniciales, adicionales o especiales que tengan en su poder, cualquiera que sea el estado en que se encuentren.
