LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 5º De conformidad, con la Ley 15 de 1982 y el Decreto 3040 de 1983, los recursos a que se refiere este Decreto son inembargables; por tanto, las deudas por concepto de prestaciones sociales resultantes de acciones judiciales serán de cargo de la Nación de la entidad territorial o de la Caja de Previsión Social Seccional, según el criterio establecido en el artículo 3ºdel presente Decreto.
