Contratos y Convenios Vigentes . Los contratos y convenios vigentes suscritos por Instituto Colombiano del Deporte, COLDEPORTES continuarán ejecutándose por Departamento Administrativo del Deporte, la Recreación, la Actividad Física y el Aprovechamiento del Tiempo Libre, COLDEPORTES, sin que para ello sea necesario suscripción de documento adicional alguno, diferente a la comunicación a los respectivos contratistas. Para todos los efectos contractuales, el Departamento asume los derechos y obligaciones del Departamento Administrativo del Deporte, la Recreación, la Actividad Física y el Aprovechamiento del Tiempo Libre, COLDEPORTES.
