Artículo tercero. Los funcionarios a que se refiere el presente Decreto tendrán derecho a que les sean reconocidos, además de los gastos de transporte aéreo a que haya lugar los gastos de transporte terrestre cuyo pago por el funcionario se acredite debidamente.
