°. Cada Oficina tendrá la asignación especial de $150 mensuales para atender al pago de un Escribiente, un Portero, el arrendamiento del local y los gastos de escritorio y alumbrado. El Cónsul, con aprobación de la respectiva Legación, designará el escribiente y el Portero, los que no podrán ser sino ciudadanos ó súbditos de la Nación en que esté establecida la Oficina de Información.
