ARTICULO 5o . Avaluo . Aceptada la declaración de saneamiento, se procederá al avalúo de las mercancías, mediante el cual se establecerá su ubicación arancelaria y su valor, con el fin de determinar el resultado de la aplicación de la tarifa ad valorem. El avalúo se realizará en las dependencias que la Administración de Aduana designe para el efecto o si el interesado lo prefiere, en el lugar que éste señale.
