Sistemas de telecomunicaciones que requieren de licencia previa. Todos los demás sistemas de telecomunicaciones que no se encuentren enmarcados dentro de los definidos en el artículo anterior, requieren de licencia previa otorgada por el Ministerio de Tecnologías de la Información y las Comunicaciones, deberán acogerse a las disposiciones existentes de asignación de frecuencias, de conformidad con las bandas atribuidas a la actividad o servicio de telecomunicaciones que se proyecte establecer.
