Artículo único. Exímese del pago de los derechos de importación el mausoleo destinado á guardar los restos del señor doctor Joaquín M. Vengoechea, en el cementerio de la ciudad de Santa Marta. En consecuencia, el Poder Ejecutivo dictará las órdenes necesarias para el cumplimiento de la presente ley.
