Inmediatamente que entre en vigencia esta Ley, el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Buga procederá a enviar al Gobernador del Departamento la correspondiente terna para Notario y suplentes del Municipio de Trujillo, y la elección que para tal efecto haga el Gobernador se considerara por el periodo notarial en curso.
