° Una vez en firme la resolución que ordena la capitalización, el Gobierno Nacional adquirirá el derecho de veto en la Asamblea General de Accionistas y en la Junta Directiva de la Central Hidroeléctrica de Betania S. A. conforme a lo previsto en el artículo 15 de la Ley 51 de 1990, por medio del Ministro de Minas y Energía o su delegado.
