La Junta Asesora de Proexport estará integrada por el Ministro de Comercio Exterior quien la presidirá, dos personas designadas por el Presidente de la República y dos representantes de los gremios exportadores y de la producción nacional, inscritos en el Ministerio de Comercio Exterior.
