Auxiliase con la suma de cuatrocientos mil pesos ($ 400.000.00), al Círculo de Obreros San Pedro Claver, de Cartagena, para la compra y reparaciones del Inmueble a que se refiere el artículo anterior.

Parágrafo

Las reparaciones de carácter colonial que se practiquen en los portales vecinos al antiguo Convento de San Francisco, estarán sometidas a la aprobación de la Academia de Historia de Cartagena de Indias.
