º En desarrollo de lo preceptuado por los artículos 3º del Código de Petróleos y 13 de la Ley 10 de 1961, los concesionarios de exploración y explotación de petróleos de propiedad nacional deberán entregar en especie a la Empresa Colombiana de Petróleos las regalías de la Nación y las participaciones que correspondan a los departamentos, intendencias, comisarías y municipios.
