Art. 203. A continuacion del manifiesto se entenderá una dilijencia que esprese la fecha de su presentacion i la de la salida del buque, que firmarán el Administrador i el Contador ; i se entregará uno de los ejemplares al consignatario, otro se remitirá a la Secretaría de Hacienda, i el otro quedará en el archivo de la Aduana.
