°. VIGENCIA Y DEROGATORIA. El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación, modifica en lo pertinente el artículo 4° del Decreto 4971 de 2009, deroga el Decreto 346 de 2018 y las demás disposiciones que le sean contrarias y surte efectos fiscales a partir del 1° de enero de 2019.
